Its innovative design eliminates hydraulic oil and utilizes the same time-proven auger and developer paddle technology to homogenize and de-gas the dough. With the Eagle Bakery Equipment Electric Dough Flow, a product will be consistent from the beginning to the end of the dough. In addition, you have the ability to contriol final dough development prior to scaling. These features relate to immediate cost savings.
